SBI (State Bank of India) invite applications from eligible Indian citizens for appointment as Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) in clerical cadre. Candidates can apply for vacancies in one State/UT only. The candidates applying for vacancies of a particular State/UT, should be proficient (reading, writing, speaking and understanding) in the specified opted local language of that State/UT (mentioned in the under given vacancy table against State/UT). Candidates who produce 10th or 12th standard marksheet /certificate evidencing having studied the specified opted local language will not be required to undergo language test.

Essential Educational Qualification :- 

Graduation in any discipline from a recognise university or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by Central Government. Candidates having integrated dual degree (IDD) certificate should ensured that the date of passing the IDD is on or before 31.12.2024.

 

Age Limit:- (as on 01.04.2024)

Not below 20 years and not above 28 years as on 01.04.2024, i.e. candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.04.1996 and not later than 01.04.2004 (both days inclusive).

Category wise Relaxation of upper age limit:

• SC/ST : 5 years
• OBC : 3 years 
• PwBD (General /EWS): 10 YEARS 
• PwBD (SC/ST) : 15 YEARS 
• PwBD (OBC) : 13 YEARS 
• Ex- Servicemen/ Disabled Ex- Servicemen :- Actual period of service rendered in defence services + 3 Years, (8 years for Disabled Ex-Servicemen  belongings to SC/ST) subject to maximum age of 50 years.
• Widows, Divorced Women and Women judiciary separated from their husband and who are not remarried:-  7 years (subject to maximum age limit of 35 years for General /EWS, 38 years for OBC and 40 years for SC/ST candidates)
• Train Apprentices of SBI:- SC/ST- 6 years, OBC- 4 years, General/EWS- 1 year , PwBD(SC/ST)- 16 years, PwBD (OBC)- 14 years, PwBD(General/EWS)- 11 years.
